Join Claire Skinner, Principal Archivist, for an in-depth look at how to read 16th and 17th century handwriting, particularly the challenging "Secretary hand" used in official Tudor and Stuart records in England. This is a practical, hands-on workshop with lots of participation. Aimed primarily at beginners but other levels of experience are also welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the price - please bring your own snacks if you have any allergies.
