Words Take Wing: an evening of words and music inspired by Thomas Hardy

Join us for an intimate evening - a unique take on Thomas Hardy's imagination and his creative process in his novels and poetry.   Wessex-based 'Wyvern' draw on Hardy's love of the land, its people and the music around him, infusing it with their voices, visuals and instruments. Tickets include wine and nibbles.

The group Wyvern comprise: Sophia Wright - Director (Voice and Guitar), Sarah Deere-Jones (Harp, Voice, Concertina), Stephen Martin (Narrator), Phil Williams (Voice, Concertina, Melodeon, Guitar), and Steve Potter (Fiddle).
