Leaving a Legacy

Leaving a gift in your Will is a fantastic way to help us save Dorset’s disappearing history for future generations. Your contribution could support us in a variety of ways including cataloguing and conservation work on significant collections, purchasing ‘at risk’ collections or specialist equipment. Every gift in a Will makes a difference. As a charity, we rely solely on the generosity of our supporters to carry out our work. Gifts left to the Trust in an individual’s Will are vital in helping us to support the Dorset History Centre to care for and make accessible the archives that tell the amazing stories of Dorset’s past. The charity will use 100% of the sum bequeathed to support the work of the Dorset History Centre.
