20^th Oct 2017 The latest by purchase by the Dorset Archives TrustDocument Purchase Fundaresome photographs of Poole Power Station at the end of its construction in 1950. The black and white photos include internal views of the boilers and control room. Poole Power Station was a coal fired power station constructed between 1946 and 1950 in Hamworthy.
